Where did this happen, I mean which section? Krishnagiri-Chennai/Krishnagiri-Salem/Krishnagiri-Bangalore? This operator has only two 9400XLs on that route - Bangalore-Chennai and Bangalore-Trivandrum. Has to be one of these routes.

The operator is Sharma. The bus was on its way to TVM from BLR. It occured near perundurai bypass, the bus was trying to over take a timber loaded truck when the truck suddenly braked and bus rammed in to it. No one was injured seriously except driver who injured his leg badly.

Yes, they were not buckled up, but didn't suffer much either. the driver had a bleeding ear though. No idea about the passenger's condition.

Here comes another video, ignore the first half. This is from a shooting mishap of regional soaps. "Its a lady!" The Alto just in time veered away and missed the guy by inches.

re: Accidents in India | Pics & Videos

The guy seems to be walking in the middle of the road

The lady could have stopped or managed to avoid had she been careful, the guy should walk on the road properly. I have seen these many times and one side would always win and walk away with money !

Accidents would reduce the day when each one thinks "my safety is my priority"

Is this a real accident or staged like the 1st part? What the hell made that man walk in the middle of the road?!?

re: Accidents in India | Pics & Videos

@guys - I think both the guy and the woman was part of the shoot and the woman should have actually stopped or rode past the guy, which evidently didn't happen The Alto doesn't seem planned though. Close call.

OT - Don't quote in the video guys, just quote the text.

re: Accidents in India | Pics & Videos

Wouldn't a slap by the roadside be eligible for this thread?

Obviously it was meant to be a fake slap but it turned out to be quiet a handful for guy at the receiving end - hence, qualifying as an accident?
