That is what i too am wondering. How come it was occupied with airbag.

He says its a diesel car and has airbags. Does swift vdi with ABS, come with airbags.

Airbags in Swift VDi? Not sure what he is talking about. It comes with only ABS unless he retrofitted it (may not be possible) or it is a Swift Dezire ZDi. But going throught he photos, it does not appear it is a Swift Dezire.

About the BMW part 2 case as called by the media i really feel this case wouldnt have been the same if any normal car would have been involved. What were the bike guys doing? 19 is a legal age to drive so i dont see the point connecting age here. I wont comment more till someone can give the exact details and not the one which all have heard of.

From the report, i gather that the car was driven by an AIRBAG...or an AIRHEAD and that resulted in the accident. So, he's right in saying the car was occupied with airbag.

Sir 18 is the legal age to drive in India. I do not see any problem here. Yes it has been highped so much because of BMW. I feel 99% its biker problem in this case, but no one will comment on this as he died already. I have seen bikers driving zigzag too much in NCR and they hardly bother about anything. I drove Rx-100 for 10 yrs and never get involved in any accident, no because I do not drive fast, I do, but not rash...

Maddy42 said 19 is "a" legal age and not "the" as you are saying.

Also lets not get to any conclusions. None of us have the exact details. All we know is car and bike collided, one biker died, one still in hospital and Mr BMW is now in Jail! Lets wait and watch!
