This accident a few days back from Wayanad (Kerala). I was standing along with my Dad in front of the gate of our site at Lakidi, Wayanad. I saw this Verna passing at a speed around 70kmph. Suddenly heard a loud noice & then we ran to the side we heard sound. We saw this Verna had an head on collision with an inter-city bus & the lost control & hit on an electrical post.

Accident occured when the Verna guy tried to avoid an fallen tree due to heavy rain. He took the car to wrong side without considering the bus on opposite side. He broke his leg-bone & the co-driver also had some bad brokes.

We took those guys to nearest hospital putting them in a taxi jeep.

The Volvo crash in which some infy guys lost their lives was at Nippani, along the KA-MH Border. The one that happened near Mangalore was a different one, and in that five 'normal people' lost their lives.

Looks like the M800 was side swiped or it hit something to veer off on the divider.

agree. that defenitely seems to be the case. The M800 must have tried to veer of a vehicle ahead but not managing to do so quite cleanly and ended up in the pavement.

The M800 did not notice the car in the front braking for the right turn. Buy the time the driver noticed, it was too late and hence the result. The extent of damage the the distance on divider it covered indicates that the M800 was at a good speed. This road and teh right turn is well known and usually cars are careful.

I blame the person ahead of 800, for not using using Indicator!
(assuming he didnt use the indicator)

Wow! Thats some serious analysis. You must have the accident played out frame by frame in your mind!

You're assuming someone did something and then blaming him for it?

From the feel I get from @Exhaustnote's post, I think he reported first hand on the sequence of events that happened.
I don't think there is an assumption here.

Relax, buddy. Why get hyper over trivial leg pulling? See my post again. The assumption bit was meant for Aerohit, not exahustnote. Secondly, its evident that exahustnote wasn't present first person when the accident happened, else he wouldnt have "indicated" that the 800 was at good speed.
