He is lucky if its his vehicle. If he is a driver/chauffer, he might be tossed up one more time.

You know if the Accent hadn't braked hard enough, it could have been crushed when the Palio landed. Good reflexes by the Accent driver and as a reward he has a car rather than a double decker wreck

Well, on the Scorpio accident, I see everyone straightaway showing fingers to the bus driver. What about a sudden turn by the Scorpio guy? How much braking distance really a bus has, to stop when a SUV tries to make a sudden turn or sudden entry from a side road?
I am seeing 90% of the drivers who enter a busy road NEVER turn to their left or right befor entry. They come from a side road, enter half into the road and then turn to their mirror to see. This is pathetic but, even educated individuals invariably do this. People never understand or estimate the braking capacity of other vehicles and their speed, before trying to enter from a side road into a main road.
I think the Scorp entered fast in front of the bus, without giving the bus driver enough time or distance to brake, leaving him with no option to goahead and slam.

You're right. But I think rahulkool was talking about the Accent ahead of the Palio. I thought the car behind was another Accent but now I see its an OHC.

At the 47th second a man gets out of the palio and only after this the people from other lane come closer to the car.

The driver walking off after a somersault like that is simply mind blowing. I would rather give more credit to his luck than to the build of the car. I know Palio is built like a tank, but to survive such an accident is simply more than that.

By the way, do you know how it happened?

Anyways, the Palio stole the show from TATA!

Incredibly Lucky guy he was...

Just passed this accident on the ring-road last evening. The driver was overspeeding and ran over the median and CRASH!

From the looks of it, no body was killed.
