Oh he will, probably saying that if it was any other car it would be up side down or under Scorpio 1

Yes, it's definitely not encouraging but we all know the nuance of high CG vehicles and braking capabilities of Scorpio, I own one.

I wish he had braked straight and avoided side damage

The first pic show that the tint is not too dark. The rear glass was all shattered so no idea about that (probably hit by another vehicle missing from the scene).

Saw this badly damaged Santro a couple of days back. The accident spot is Genpact signal, Gurgaon. The car had a CNG cylinder which seemed to be ok after the crash/fire.

The Merc seems to be on temp plates. Tough luck for the owner because it seems like there is a lot of damage to the body.

If CNG was ok then what caused the fire? petrol from the other car?

Could not have been plastics/other material because first of all they don't catch fire that easily and second they wouldn't burn out the front grill so thoroughly.

EDIT: just remembered - even CNG vehicles carry some petrol. sorry my mistake.

Saw a TN bus (Bangalore to Thiruvannamalai) crashed onto the median in Madivala market road this morning. Couldn't get any details since noone was there around.

Apparently not, the guy was reported in the paper as being drunk and fled away from the scene (on foot?)

An accident which happened on the ORR yesterday. Not really sure about how this happened but this strech is for sure famous for crashes. There have been loads of crashes on ORR especially the Bentley FS & White Lamborghini LP 560-4.

OT: Yes Dear Exotic Spotters, there's a not so exotic White Audi A4 in the pic too

Nikhil, looks like it crashed onto the side rails of the ORR. Otherwise, how can that happen. Only left side front is damaged and looks like after hitting the car went on for some distance. Or did it rear end a car from it's left?

How did it happen? The pictures in the link you sent show the whole dashboard crushed into front seats.

Looks like it rear ended a car as this happened at the S Curve on the Narsingi-Nanakramguda strech (The ORR is divided into many streches for easier demarcation, like Gachibowli - Nanakramguda Exit, Nanakramguda- Narsingi Exit, Narsingi - APPA Exit, APPA - Rajendra Nagar Exit, Rajendra Nagar - Shamshabad Exit)

Seems like the Indica Guy rear ended into a car as the damaged parts can be seen strewn on the road, which are way before the point from where the Oil Spill/Radiator Water Leakage Spill starts. So, the Indica Guy rear ends a car and then loses control and sways to left and right before coming to halt. I really did not see any damage to the side walls, hence cannot say if it crashed into Sidewalls too. Could have crashed into sidewalls after rear ending too.

This is my theory of how it could have happened. Would love to hear your thoughts about the same.
