The bike is not parked, see the stand is not pulled down. If this happened while it was being driven I can't think of a way the rider could survive. Looks like made up stuff to me . How would the bike get in to that position ?

Zak, there is a mounting on the ladder chassis of the truck where the spare wheel is mounted. This mounting is on 4 strong bolts. The Skoda hit the spare wheel mounting and broke it.

So now we'll have people talking about the Skoda which split into 2 pieces...

Looks like it it spun, with the rear going and ramming hard aginst that concrete block.

I don't think so, looks like the rear hit the parapet at speed. If you note, the passenger cell is intact. If they wore belts, there would be a chance of survival

No, I do not think so. This brings into question the skill of the driver involved in the crash and the circumstances under which the accident happened. Would you question Skoda's build quality if it is driven at 190kmph and it crashes sideways into an iron pole?
Not all crashes can be survived. Some are real sour and even the safest of the cars can give way. Lets not take an example of just one car to come to a statement.
