On their way from Kolhapur to Pune, probably the friend who was driving dozed off, went off the road into a ditch and turned turtle 4 times, all 5 survived except for a 2 yr old,

Hey did anyone capture the NH8 crash between the 2 trucks which happened very early in the morning yesterday.

Or the one where this truck fell over this Tavera under the IFFCO flyover a couple of days back.

This is what I saw today morning on the Outer Ring Road,Bangalore.It is a Chevy Aveo.

According to Police, it happened due to tyre puncture. I think he was taking that particular turn at ~100+ kmph. It went and hit the tree in the median and almost the chasis broke into 2 pieces. You can make out that from the co-driver's seat position. Was shocked for a while.

mathew, that looks like a real horrible crash of the brand new Aveo. Are you sure it was due to tyre puncture? I haven't heard of tyre punctures at 100kmph

Hope the occupants are safe? Are they?

That Aveo..Is totalled.
Really a bad one. But looks like the body did its work in absorbing the impact. But the after effects do look fatal.
Hope the occupants are safe.
It may be because of a tyre blowout instead of a puncture.

What a crash! Hope everyone walked away from the scene.
I guess the tire got ripped by a stone/nail,and at that speed any slight rip can the tire to shred.
