First Lemon Law Suit filed against Tesla Motors in Milwaukee, WI. The suit was filed be "Vince Megna" apparently won a tough fight against Mercedes-Benz.

The filing itself says one Robert Montgomery bought his Model S Performance model in March 2013 for $94,770, and over the next several months had myriad problems with the car — from dashboard failures to power door handles that wouldn't open to simply not turning on. In total, Megna says the car was out of service for 66 days — and because Tesla relies on its own service centers rather than dealers, it often had to be towed to Chicago for repairs.

The Model S lodged itself under the truck and despite the severity of the impact, the driver reportedly was able to get himself out of the car and walk to safety – though his injuries were described as “serious,” but not critical.

The vehicle crashed into a truck used to shield a construction site that a company was about to set up. The speed of the Tesla at the time of the impact was described as “tremendous” by a local news report, which is not uncommon on the German Autobahn where speed is mostly unrestricted.

Insane! Wish such safety levels are within our reach too. Downside then lot of those drivers might put others in danger.
