Okay we are glad that you own up! this is now becoming a rarity! Very few people own up for their mistakes which gives an opportunity to be conscious of not repeating. Most drivers simply blame others and turn abusive too. Here is a link from BTP page on FB

From that FB link, Mr Albert reported a 4 wheeler (Omni) on the wrong side of the road blocking traffic and BTP told Mr Albert he was wrong because being on two wheeler he is supposed to be on the left side of the road!
But what did they do about the Omni guy?

Hahaha. Yes. but I try to be careful with this everytime and try to not take the mobile out while driving. That's why it's always kept on the dashboard with the cam on.
Good to see the blore FB page with many photos. Hope this will reduce the blore traffic chaos. But driving through the opp lane will still continue. Was shocked to see the bmtc taking the opp lane to avoid the red light

That would've been my next question but I am not able to post any queries on this page. Guess they have closed that thread

Okay I just posted this question there!

Spotted this WagonR today morning. Trying to squeeze between two buses and changing lanes. Sudden change of mind?

I posted a question too on the same photo.

Surprising BTP did not take action against the Omni.

EDIT: Just checked on the Bangalore Traffic Police Website for the Omni Number. That vehicle has 2 violations against him in 4 days!!!! He surely is a habitual rules breaker and he is still out there without being apprehended.

Hopefully some action is taken against him.

Re: Bad Drivers - How do you spot 'em

Another bad driver spotted.

The red i10 wants to turn right and blocks the free left turn. The black santro wants to turn left. To make things worse, a bus behind me wanted to go left and kept honking. Buses here are famous for that. Stop in front of them without moving, they keep honking. Had to wait for sometime before the signal turned green.

Yeah, as good as Anil uncle.

Some idiot from the press with a "Times of India" sticker, blocked the "free-d" left lane in front of UBC (?). An old jeep rumbled behind him, (might've been a govt./police jeep) and the driver honked politely every 10 secs, but of no avail.
At last, the driver let out a long honk, that forced the guy to make way for him. He then made signs at the jeep driver. I found it very unbecoming of a pressperson to do such a thing. So I did what they do best. Stuck out my camera(phone) and started clicking pics of him! You should've seen the expression on his face!

Re: Bad Drivers - How do you spot 'em

Today I was driving back home in my friend's L-Boarded Car (He is yet to finish his driving classes).
A yellow board Tempo Traveller coming behind me was continuously flashing lights behind me.
He could neither overtake me because of the oncoming traffic, nor was I going irritatingly slow and nor was he flashing at the oncoming vehicles.

I tolerated him for sometime and then got the windows down and gestured with my hand asking him what had happened. He then stopped that.

I wonder whether he was showing that his vehicle has lights
or maybe he had learnt to use the pass feature just yesterday
Or Just by seeing the L-Board was he trying to scare the driver?

99% percent of these cabbies are bad drivers.

Re: Bad Drivers - How do you spot 'em

Honking is an instant reaction correction action of drivers in this part of the land. Even if you slow down at a speed breaker or when some one in front slows down, the bloke behind you will honk; he will take his paw off the accelerator only after that.
Another way is to flash the head lights unnecessarily from behind. Of late private and KSRTC bus drivers also started doing this. A contagious disease.
