Yes, Deleks and team will organise anything including adventure treks, bike trips etc. When you say you want to use your enfield, does it mean you plan to transport to Leh and then use it or you plan to drive from Manali to Leh on your bike? If you are planning to drive from Manali, you can take their help for accommodation in Sarchu and Keylong.
