I had just returned yesterday, take the Bangalore - Penukonda - Pavagada - Penukonda - Gooty-Yemmignur -Mantralayam - Yemmignur - Kurnool - Nandyal.

The Bangalore - Penukonda - Pavagada - Penukonda is about maximum of 2.5 hours, as the road to Penukonda is excellent and road to Pavagada a distance of 35 kms, is good for 90% of the distance.

Take the road to Gooty and then take the road to Yemmignur at a junction as one goes via Madhavaram as was told is bad.

Yemmignur is place where you need to come back and take the road to Kurnool, from there to Nandyal

So indeed Penukonda-Pavagada option (from NH7) turned out to be good.
(I read earlier that members used the Madhugirii option).

Also which is the Gooty-Yemmignur route?
Do you go via Adoni or take a deviation at Aspari?
