Gurgaon to Bareilly route query

Am planning on going to Bareilly tomorrow, and google gives 2 option:

1. via Hapur and Moradabad or
2. via Aligarh, Sikandra Rao, Kasganj and Badaun.

I am pretty sure of the first route, having travelled many times on it. The road is good. But was wondering if the roads on the second route are good and worth taking? I want to take that route on the way back, avoiding delhi altogether.
Any information would be extremely welcome!

The first option is better. Because Aligarh-Badaun via Kaasganj I dont think is all that great to change course.

Via hapur, mordabad. Straightforward route, no jams, good road and some awesome places to eat enroute

Plus, 1st one is less time consuming and is in far better condition, the other one, well i didn't heard anyone using that route.

The only guys who use that route are who around Aligarh/Agra !
Roads around that region never tend to improve.

Quite some time back, I used to frequent around that sector in a state transport bus. The bus would start from the bus station. No one wound have bought tickets.
And before a check post out side the city it would stop. And conductor would shout to the crowded bus to get tickets and he would not get up !

Dont know if that situation continues to be the same !
