Not much, Last i heard a coupla weeks ago, it was in the papers that the government was facing issues with accquiring land on the Chennai-Calcutta Phase!!!

The data on this website Delhi-Mumbai should be 100% done, and the overall project 90% done. Is this not the case?

Yes buddy, why not? But please dont expect your drive to be too smooth, the Golden Quad will not be completed by then. Nothing unusual with our governments.
