We started off from Ranchi and decided we would take the road to Pathalgaon and then drive on to Raigarh and take the road to Raipur from Raigarh. Accomplished this with no hassles and stopped on the way for some lunch. The road was very good for the entire journey and there were a few stretches where the roads were being done up but the roads were largely fine. We reached Raipur around 3:00 p.m. having left Ranchi at around 5:30.

I have to drive from Ranchi to Raipur tomorrow morning. Based on your inputs, I'm planning to take the Ranchi - Pathalgaon - Raigarh - Raipur route. Is it recommended or would you suggest another route?
I request your advice on the same please!

I did the route in Jan so I really do not know the current situation of the roads. But the route is perfect, especially since the traffic situation is much easier.
