Holiday spot for a Company outing - suggestions??

Hi bhpians,..

Breaking my head to come out with a good suggestion for a 2 day team outing.

Unable to think as am on team-bhp often and so thought why not ask you guys...

We need an event organizer who is good, reliable and doesnt charge the moon to organise a 2 day corporate outing.. coorg or anywhere else near Bangy.

Any suggestions team bhp.. ??

If we get to choose your recommendation I promise you a drive in my Sparky

I had gone on a trip to bandhipur with about 12 people. We went to a group called vertigo.

VERTIGO EXPEDITIONS

they were pretty good. they arranged for stay in tents surrounded by a trench and not jungle lodges. they cooked the food arranged 4X4 jeeps for night and morning safari. basically 2 day reach on sat morning return on sunday evening.

I think it was 3K per head inclusive of the TempoTraveller we had booked ourselves.

and yup.. Coorg is ruled out. Plannin in Aug 2nd week.

How is Yercaud during this season, by the way? I am planning a weekend trip there after two or three weeks. Will it be all wet? Not that I won't enjoy the rains, but I wouldn't mind some bright sun too, since I am going with kids.

AFAIK no monsoon mayhem as yet in Yercaud. So drive down and enjoy.

Also hill stations + mild drizzles = Priceless

apart from the danger of 'fallable' trees, i do not think it's risky driving in wet ghats.

we're going to sringeri through chikmagalur this weekend. anybody advising against it? and on account of what?

Regarding wayanad, the best time to visit is mid of August when the rain would have just stopped. There would only be occasional drizzle and also it is festive season. This is true about any part of kerala. Now it is raining cats and dogs (literally) there.
