Bengaluru to Sri City

Would appreciate if I can get some feedback on the Bengaluru to Sri City route. Google suggests Bengaluru-Kolar-Chittoor-Tirupati-Sri Kalahasti-Tada-Sri City as the most viable option with a total time of 7.5 hours
Have travelled upto Tirupati and know that the stretch has good motorable roads. What about the Tirupati-Sri Kalahasti-Tada-Sri City section?
What is a realistic time frame to consider if the vehicle consistently does 80-100 Kmph?
Any suggestions for breakfast at around 8 a.m. if the start is 4.30 a.m. from Kengeri?
Traveled on this route yesterday and returned the same night. Some travel experience documented here for the record.
There is enough data available for Bengaluru to Tirupati, no further details to add except that there was dense fog with visibility (just after 5.20 a.m.) as low as 5m in some stretches from Hoskote to Mulbagal.
Tirupati to Sri City earlier google map queries always showed as Tirpuati-Sri Kalahasti-Tada-Sri City as the route. However, when we eventually traveled the route changed to Tirupati-Puttur-Uthukotai(entered TN briefly & exited immediately)-Sathyavedu- Sri City. This route mostly has decent width single carriageway stretches and decent roads where it was relatively easy to maintain 60-80 kmph speed. Some patchwork has been done on the roads upto Uthukottai and is a bumpy yet decent ride. Sathyavedu to Sri City the roads have some dispersed potholes reducing the average speed to under 30 kmph.
Google brought us on a return route via Tada-Sri Kalahasti. Sri Kalahasti can be best described as a small town. The road upto the outskirts of Sri Kalahasti was quite good and decent speeds could be maintained. All advantages of speed would eventually come to a grinding halt as you have to enter & exit Sri kalahasti. The traffic was literally crawling and good time got lost just there. Being a religious tourism route the Sri Kalahasti-Tirupuati route also had quite adequate traffic and compounding to the highway stretch being under construction the small available carriageway was choc-a-bloc with the two way traffic and some jams.
Net outcome: In spite of the poor road on a comparatively short stretch, the Tirupati-Puttur-Uthukottai-Sri City route is the better route to catch.
