Since you diverted from Belgaum, you would have taken the Londa route. Once I got stuck at Londa to get a bus to Karwar. Had to take a local bus to Dandeli where I was told the frequency of buses to Karwar would be more.

There are 2 routes to Dandeli from Ganeshgudi, One is bad and other is excellent. Just about 2 kms diff.

Been there last year and about 2 years ago. The road condition had not changed between the visits. I presume the case is same now too.

Which are the two routes you were referring to?
One straight? and the second via Joida?

Cant expect it to go bad. (Its mostly pot holed road).
Do note that you need to take the Haliyal route from the GQ.

Spotting this exit is very difficult. Hence be on the look out.
