Chennai People, help needed.

HI People

Today i received a call from a company for an interview in Chennai. The place i have tom travel is Anna Salai, Nandanam. My flight be reaching tomorrow at around 22:00. I would appreciate if somebody could guide me regarding the CHEAP hotels around this area or near the airport. The HR people told me that this place is about 45 mins from the airport and the place is near Apollo Speciality Care. I have never been to Chennai, so have no clue about the place. I would be obliged if somebody could guide me regarding this.

If it is your personal stay book in Ginger Hotel. Good hotel for a night stay. If the company is reimbursing for your stay, then I would recommend Residency. Nice and decent hotel. Sorry, don't have the contact nos.

OR I would sugest you to visit Cleartrip | Flights in India & international hotel bookings at cleartrip.com and put in your query. It may help you out.

hi,

I tried with ginger hotel, but unfortunately they aren't any Ginger hotels in Chennai otherwise that would have been my first preference.

Try to take the pre-paid taxi from the airport to the hotel, that way you will be safe and don't have to deal with the autowallas .
