Wayanad. Is this the right time to visit ?

Hi folks, I was planning to organise a group trip to Wayanad (for my office folks).The tentative dates are Sep 5-7.Does anyone has any idea whether that would be a good time ? I heard from some sources that it might be raining there that time ? We are travelling with some 5-6 infants and hence would not like to take a risk with rains.

This may not be the right time to visit. Rains have been happening pretty heavy and is likely to go on till Sept. But then if you and the group is ok with the rain, do go. Its going to be a greenery feast and the drive will be fun.
