I'm planning to visit Sikkim in mid-Feb along with my wife for about 5-6 days. Some questions in this regard:

1. How is the weather in Feb? The plan is to enjoy the winter chill, with a little bit snow thrown in. Are there any places in and around Sikkim where we can expect to see snow?

2. Which all places we should visit?

3. Please suggest some good hotels (around 1500-2000 per day)?

Feb will be little cold but that's what you expect in a mountain region. I doubt that in Gangtok you'll see snow but as you go higher up (say Tsomgo Lake/Nathu La pass etc) you'll definitely see snow, loads of snow.

Tsomgo Lake -Nathula Pass- Baba Mandir (you'll need to get permits for these)
Pelling
Yumthang
and ofcourse Gangtok (Rumtse Monastery etc)
