Planning 3 days in Orlando

Friends,

I am planning a three-day trip to Orlando in early April, with wife and 3-year old daughter. Disney world is definitely on the agenda. Other options are seaworld and universal studios... any pointers/other must-see items? Also, any other tips for food/travel would be appreciated...
