| Go Goa!! Ga Ga Hi Guys Me and my colleague in office were just chatting about going to Goa for a coupe of days.. and I for one was telling her how good it will be to drive down and I can forward her more details and links of ho to get there (courtesy tbhp ofcourse)  Now she mentioned that there is a place on or near about the borders of Karnataka which is called Hampi, googled and found some info on that too, but was not satisfied.... would like to check if Hampi is a place which is a virtual getaway for the firangs who drive / ride down. It seems this place is a tourist attractions with lots of rave party's / psychedelic stuff happening. Since google only states that its near Hospet and all I could see was some heritage stuff thought I would take some guidance from fellow members. BTW - whilst in Goa there is a nice, serene place which is over a hill top so to speak. Very pleasant a place from where you can view the entire coasta line of Vagator or Anjuna, very hip at the same time not very fancy. The location of the place is mind blowing!! Forgot the name - but I remember going there once following some firangs a couple of years back, happen to unearth this amazing resort or hotel which wassea facing on a hill top, not expensive about 1500 per night then, with a swimming pool in the centre. Guys - if any one has been to this amazzing place and also if Hampi is the destination that we were chatting up in office. Thanks in advance |
