This is a rank bad idea and I found it the hard way. I took Mysore-Maddur and stopped at Amaravati just after Mandya and then went to Malavalli. Didn't gain much in terms of time. Mysore-Maddur drive was also bad because it was a Sunday evening.

The road continues to be bad. In spite of it being, its of no use. Its full of potholes and has rough terrain all the way from Maddur ro Malavalli.

No improvement what so ever.
