Hmm, Good you enjoyed the drive to Delhi and took back sniffy memories

That highway is EVEN better to drive at night. Its just crazy fast and nowhere enough traffic - esp post Agra - total hoot to drive!

I don't know who advised you to take the Palwal Sohna route. You could've done the regular route happily.

/who did 57km from Greater Noida to his house in Gurgaon yesterday within an hour at 8pm in the ugly fog!

Kanpur to Agra is actually about 3.5 to 4 hours at easy driving speeds. Agra to Delhi can take between 2.5 to 4 hours depending on traffic and time of day.
Road quality is awesome! Nothing to worry about except the lack of good places to eat between Agra and Kanpur.
