Any Good Eatery on Old Pune Mumbai Road?

I will be driving to Mumbai from Pune today. All these zillion times that I have been driving to Mumbai; I have been taking expressway. But this time; for a change - I am planning to take old Pune Mumbai road. Can anyone guide me about any good eatery between Khapoli and Panvel where I can take Dinner?

There are lot of Dhaba eateries around Lonavla - Pune section.
But most are over-priced and over-rated.

No idea about the Bombay side.

Tony Da Dhaba was good. I stopped by there when I took the old route two weekends ago to Mumbai.

There is a small restaurant called Bageshri, supposedly owned by the venerable Dada Kondke, just ahead of Khopoli. Used to be a decent place.

Please go to Siddhu da dhaba the food is typical punjabi with lots of ghee, try their jalebi, which will be made specially for you that very moment, try their lassi, non veg food is fantastic.Over and above the owner has a restored CJ3 JEEP At the Dhaba and the best part he will let you take test drive around the dhaba. This Dhaba is just after toll naka lonavala on old pune highway.
