Well buddy, im driving from Mumbai. As of now Manali is not on my list, but it will be if Malling is shut.

I see that day 1 looks a bit ambitious.
I will club Day 2,3,4,5 and try to reach Srinagar on Day 2 or atleast by day3.
On the return I would delete the time wasted at Manali, Chandigad, etc, that saves me another 3 days. All the total days saved will be spent in Ladakh , Zanskar valley, marsimik la, Padum, etc and then On the return a visit to Chandertal and if Malling is open then I will drive back via Spiti and return from Shimla.
