[Games Goblin]

Hi Friends!

Me and my college buddies were planning to go for a trip sometime in September. We are in Ernakulam now and each one of us have drawn blanks when thinking about possible destinations to visit. 7 friends have confirmed now and we will be going in an Innova. If more agree to come we will go in two vehicles.

We have planned a 3 day trip (3 days/2 nights) and can extend it to 4 days (4 days/ 3 nights)

One of my friends suggested Coorg-Mysore trip... Is it a good getaway in your guys opinion?? Please suggest other destinations too.

Ranjitp1, thanks for your suggestion! We have nearly finalized on: Ernakulam-Coorg-Mysore-Ooty-Bandipur-Nilambur-Thrissur-Ernakulam

Now the decision process starts:

DAY 0-1

We are planning to fix the tour days as Friday-Saturday-Sunday. So our plan was to start from Ekm on Thrusday evening (around 5:30 PM-6:00 PM) then straight on to Coorg (377 KM). Is it advisable to drive at night, and also can we cover 377 KM at a stretch?

DAY 1

Assuming we get to Coorg in one-go, then most probably we reach in Morning. Then freshen-up, breakfast and sightseeing (please do share all the sights to visit in Coorg!) in Coorg and after sightseeing onto Mysore (119KM) where we halt for first night.

DAY 2

Sightseeing in Mysore from Morning itself. After sightseeing, onto Ooty (126 KM). Halt in Ooty for Second night.

DAY 3

From Ooty to nilambur, then to Thrissur and finally back to EKM (275 KM)

So how is this trip guys? Please give suggestions!
