Kanpur-Delhi Late evening/night good train - need advice

Hi,

I have to travel to Kanpur and will be taking Shatabdi in the morning, need inputs on a good fast train that leaves kanpur late evening/night to arrive in Delhi early morning. Need a reliable train that has good track record of reaching Delhi in time so as to reach office in time.

Request urgent advice based on fellow member's experience so that I may book accordingly.

i once travelled from allahabad to delhi by prayaga raaj, reached kanpur by 12am. i was in delhi at 7am. do check out the railway timetable to be sure. train number-2417/18

its a decent train, relatives use it quite often and is mostly on time. book a 3A birth and imo you'll be fine, that is if the timings suit you.

The best option is Shram Shakti Express 2451/52 - it is non-stop, leaves Kanpur at 11:40pm and reached NDLS at 06.10am. Reverse is also about the same times. Prayagaraj quota for Kanpur is drastically reduced.

I used this train for my weekend trips to Kanpur(my hometown) and you can trust on this train. The best part is it is non-stop and you will be in Delhi station latest by 6:30 am
