There are many places in that range. The ones strictly in your range are Panhala, Bhandardara, Koynanagar. If you stretch it by another 100 km the forests will be green in Dandeli and the monsoon will be withdrawing too...cloudy, no sun or rain and green all over.

Try Gaganbawda ( 55 kms from kolhapur ) , there is a MTDC resort there as well, can visit Naphane falls, dajipur from there.

Road from Kolhapur to Gaganbawda is in bad shape, need to go there from Phonda ghat - dajipur road.
