Guys, Could you a recommend the tourist spots that could be covered over a period of two days in Goa? I searched WIKI and other sites, but apart from beaches could not find anything else. However would appreciate few inputs on the 'MUST-SEE' spots(including) of GOA.

Cheers

Old goa including Bassilica of Bom Jesus, Mangesh temple, Dona Paula.

Take the river cruise if possible.

The river cruise by the evening is very entertaning. Plus do visit Dona Paula, Calangute, Baga Beach and Anjuna in north Goa. South Goa includes a couple of temples and some lovely beaches, like Colva, Benaulim, Majorda and the scenic port of Marmagao and Vasco. A couple of days' trip will include all these places plus a short visit to Se Cathedral and Basillica of Bom Jesus.
If you want to stay away from the crowded places, then a half-day's trip to the laidback Charao and Divar Islands and the lovely Mayem Lake is highly recommended.

Regards,
Arry.

Roadracer,

There are several GOA threads with tips on places to visit. Please search before opening a new thread.

Here's a particularly useful one focusing on the recreational part of it : Places to visit in Goa

Please continue in an existing thread as i am closing this one.
