RTDC Ratanpur is an excellent place to stay,RTDC Rishabdeo and Hotel Mangalmurti at Shamlaji are also good.If it is Himmatnagar,Hotel Landmark is a preferred place. Both are bang on the NH8.

Any idea about the Pune - Shirdi - Indore- Ratlam - Neemuch - Chittorgarh - Jaipur route? It is shorter in distance but would like to know the road conditions and travelling experience if any.

Pune-Shirdi, ideally do it via Ahmednagar, not via Sangamaner.

Shirdi-Dhulia-Indore is fine, but between Dhulia to MP border, roads are not great.

Ideally, do not go into Indore because the Indore-Lebad road is terrible, so turn off at Mhow and go via Pithampur to Lebad, where you join the 4-laned road via Ratlam to Neemuch. Roads are terrible after you cross into Rajasthan.

Thanks HVK. I would prefer the Pune-Mumbai-Ahmedabad-Udaipur-Chittor-Jaipur Route instead of going through Ratlam.

Good choice, this would be faster with more facilities.

Hi,

Is this marker corrrect for the exit? As per map, this exit takes you from expressway to ring road.

The MP route might be lesser in no of kms , but BAD in terms of driving comfort .The time taken would be lesser on the GQ roads .The GQ is a breeze except the Narmada Bridge
