Travel/Photography Dilemma + 1 Day Trip

Wifey on visit to her parents
RD (Nomad) resting post monsoons
Estilo revving around
New HS10 aching to shoot
Me, no trips after Kaas
Weekoffs are odd for this month (Tue/Wed)
Parents not in mood for any outing
Last weekend spent with Harry Potter alone

Awaiting suggestions for a 1 day trip around Thane. Destination is not what I look for but route/place to be picturesque as I wanna try my HS10 and a break from daily routine.

Thought of visiting Malshej for an early sunrise but not sure if Malshej would be a beauty at this time of month
