Team-BHP - Baleno / Altura 2002 model, pls suggest

Hi all!

thanx in advance for writing in ur precious comments. to start with i am looking for a mid segment car for city as well as highway purposed. i do highway travel every month (atleast 1 weekend trip on the highway). economy and comfort both matter.

pls keep in mind i will b buying a second hand model.

i have come 2 the conclusion (my personal) that if i go for a petrol vehicle it has 2 b from maruti stable and diesel from the tata (keeping in mind that on ny highway nybody can repair these cars plus their network). in maruti i have 2 choices, esteem or baleno/altura which i m looking. people told me that the 2002 model of baleno was fully loaded since it was expensive at that time.

cud u pls give ur feedback on which of these should i go for.
