Thanx all of u guys i will go back and test ride a Baleno since so many of u recommend it. Will come back to u guys sometime in Sep when i reach back to india

And while you are not really considering the palio adventure, I would suggest that you have a look at one before deciding.

New Accent (Verna) is about to be launched in couple of months, so you can plan on waiting for few weeks to check that too, by that time test drive all existing shortlisted vehicles and see which suits for you, I heard New Accent is supposed to have better interior space than the current accent. It has good looks for sure although I liked Fiesta's look but Ford vehicles make nightmare when it comes to maintenance.
