Too many threads on the Civic. Suggest you post on some of the existing ones.

The V model was launched. Sports Model has been launched. Check out Honda website for what they offer.
No engine change.
Fuel Efficiency depends on drivers. Avg 10 kmph in City and 12-14 in Highway.
Look for undercarriage damage. Other than that you need to look at everything you need to look at when you buy a second hand car.

No Engine changes since launch. The S AT model was discontinued. Civic sport with white alloys and E [E here means Executive and not Economy -)]

Check the under body damages in general especially the radiator in front for animal runovers (Its kind of exposed).

I would also check for the previous guy's driving history a bit to see how the car was driven. This car needs some fundamental behavioral change to be driven in high gear shift ratio unlike his previous cars.
