i have a similar requirement as you have and am planning to go in for an indica xeta(would hv gone for turbo but my per month drive is not much). indica i guess is really value for money~!

Space - UVA

STYLE, Service - Swift and spark

Performence - Palio, UVA, Santro

VFM-- Spark and Swift

there's no way a Swift Vxi will not come withing 4.5L OTR in Delhi
You can get them for >4.5L in Chennai with its ridiculously high Road tax, and am sure that Delhi prices will be at least 10-15K lower

The Swift IMHO is a much more superior car than the Santro in every respect

Go for Swift Vxi or Getz prime. Both are real value for money. Take a TD and decide. I would be more inclined towards the Getz as it has better interiors and better room than Swift. If you are into enthusiaistic driver kinds, go for Swift.
Take your pick.
Dont go for a LOGAN!! Better LogOff!!
