City VTEC or Any Thing Else..

Hi gang...

I am upgrading from My IKON 1.6 and my budget is under 10 lacs ( Mumbai) I have driven the Oprta, the SX4, and the City VTEC....

I like the VTEC...just wanted to know, at that price point is there a better car? I travel 20-25 KM every day in Mumbai...I am looking a performance N power with a good brand value, after sales suppot and cost of spares.... milage is not a key factor...

I test drove the SX4 ZXI the car feel good but i would like to invest 10lacs on a maruti...as i feel that brand maruti does not live upto it... The SX4 was power full and the suspension was good and at little over 8 lacs with an ABS, ICat, Air bags and climate control is good value for money.....However i am still inching over the Honda as the delivery period for the SX4 6-8 weeks..thats like long...

Optra was good but the feed back that i have got from the users is cost of ownership post the warranty is really high...

Hence need advice on VTEC versus others at that price point..

Consider corolla executive that's class above & It's more powerful & better car available under 10l .

City vtec is over-priced. Wait for a couple of months--I read somewhere that they are revamping the model with ABS and airbags.
Book an sx4 in the meantime.
When the time comes, you can chuck out sx4 and go for vtec if it is better.
