Baleno 2006 Vxi - price check - Chennai

I am looking out for a used Baleno in Chennai. Saw a 2006 Vxi model black colour that has done 12000 kms at a dealer place. It is all stock. What would be best price to buy this vehicle. Please advice.

Thanks. Was able to finalise the beast for 4.65L. Waiting for the loan approval. Would be taking delivery by this week.
