What colour for the Verna?

please help me guys!

iam on the verge of booking hyundai verna SX ABS in this week !
i just love this car... awesome.. ideal for my driving requirements and style! i just love most of its colors except silver and red!

i some how feel tht car does not have robust look to carry red (unlike octy)

please suggest me which color should i go for (i know its individual preference and choice but i just cannot make up my mind)

i love both black and white!!! so guys pour in ur ideas and experiences! especially those who have this beast with them?

I'd prefer a white verna rather than a black. Black, somehow, gives this car a small-ish look.

White Vernas look HOTT! Get a set of matte black alloys and she'll rock! Oh, and black tints if possible.

When I went to the Hyundai Showroom to book the I10, I saw this gleaming Verna in Champagne Gold (I hope I got the colour right) and me and the wifey were just drawn to it. It looked awesome. I know, that I have not chosen either Black or White, but felt that this colour looked better. Also it went very well with the interiors.

Even the red verna looks hot. ( it does carry out really well. Saw a couple of them )
maybe you should try the showroom guys to show you the car in person with all the colours (maybe at the service station or any true photos)

My Advice will be either red or white

Hey I recently booked aveo in Ivory Gold. Why? Although I loved black, but this color gave Aveo biggish and almost comparable classy look as black. Also, I believe light colors are more suitable for India conditions. But above all, I went with my heart (as suggested by other TBhpian's).

Black is tough to Mantain IMHO. Go for White !! It rocks and is a head turner.

I got mine a week back, you can see Pics & small review here - http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-d...e-w-o-abs.html

My suggestion:

Black or other Dark Metallic shades are tough to maintain - they scratch easily and show up any disfigurement of this kind plus, if parked outside, they tend over time, to fade.
White is superb - easy to maintain and keep.
The Champagne gold is a nice neutral colour and even my friend has a Verna in this shade - it looks very nice and not at all ostentatious.
Champagne or White would be my recommendation!
All the best.

Silver or White, easiest to maintain, and Verna looks very good in White.

White Rocks, I got myself a Peral Artic White Swift VDI last year, Man oh Man she rocks. I do agree it is difficult cleaning her up during the monsoons. But you need not worry about scratches en all......

Pointer for your help, light colors, deflect heat, cool easily, don't show the scratches. Dark colors, shine & glow in night, heat faster, display all the (scratches) of the traffic war

Finally, choose what your heart says...

White color suits best on Verna, I like Red too! If you buy White Verna make sure you put black tint and black alloys!

All the best,

Ravi.

White would be the best option for Verna. IMO all Hyundai cars look better in White.

@Khadoos Baby: Don't know if you are married or not. If yes, the easiest option is to let your wife chose the color of the car and you choose which car to buy :-)

If you are not married, then just flip the coin and choose the color that you would have selected 'if the coin had flipped the 'other way'

Its great to see White being considered by a lot of people now. 5 years back, only Taxis used to sport the white color

Verna looks great in White! It is also more practical than Black in Indian conditions (read Heat/dust...). I also like the Dark Blue (the ones they use in the ads).
