Clarification Needed

Since Tata is planning to release nano this september, does it have an impact on used car sales in India?

Thoughts?

What you are talking about is leg room.
Boot space is the "dicky" space to carry stuff.

From what I understand you are talking about leg room which the esteem doesn't have. If you are tall you are going to push the driver's seat all the way back and there is no way anyone can sit behind you.

In the hatches palio has a decent amount of legroom for a hatch definitely more than a santro.

I beg your pardon. I'm a Newbie, thought boot space is leg room.

Adding palio to my watch list.

Thanks,
Pradeep

Yup obviously! The day Nano was unveiled at Auto Expo there was a dip in resale prices for most of hatchbacks. Pradeep Esteem will be the best car for your purpose, though the rear leg room aint that great but that will surely suit your needs. Try for a low run Esteem in the market.

Thanks guys for your valuable suggestions and guidance.

I thought of dropping my car search for a month or two. nano would be available by that time which I presume would have an impact on used car sales and prices.

Will bother you people by september.

regards,
Pradeep

Bought my first car!!!

Hi Guys,

Wanted to update that I've bought my first car.

Car Spec below

1) 2003 Accent VIVA
2) Color : Bright Red
3) CD Player - Sony
4) PS, PW, CL
5) 73K done.
6) Neatly maintained.
7) Alloy Wheels - 15"
8) New Tyres & Battery

I'm not sure whether it has ABS, but ABS icon blinks when car is not started. Got this from one of my friends friend. He has maintained it very well.

Request : Could any one help me finding the car manual for Accent ViVa. This car has lots of buttons and I dont know how to use it.
Any PDF or soft copy will help!.

Will post the pics soon!

Thanks,
Pradeep
