how can I buy a 3 years old car for 5.7L when I know that my friend bought a less than 2 years cedia for 6.1L. Cedia resale's is not good here in delhi. I called up a few car car dealers here in delhi saying that I want to sell my cedia, all of them priced it between 4.25 to 4.75. so the right price could be 50k more so around 5.25. Lets see i guess he will definately call back for negotiation, if not now then a few days later, may be next month.

Just to give you an idea -- I was offered a Cedia Sport - Oct 2007 model for 7 Lacs in Bangalore. I spoke to a known evaluator/used car dealer and was told they would quote 6-6.25 Lacs for the same and easily sell it at around 6.7 - 6.8 Lacs.

Poor re-sale is what makes cars like the Cedia, Octavia Petrol and Sonta Embera VFM buying pre-owned; why care when you are offered a deal??? just cheers:

I think you should just go for it if the car is good.
