If I were you, I would have gone for premium hatchback than basic sedan. If boot space is your major priority then you can think of sedan. Hatchbacks are compact for cities and great on highways too. You can consider Swift. Obviously I am biased towards it as I own one.. but the key point is that I still endorse it after 6 years... :-)

I have test drived Honda Amaze for my friend but to be frank apart from good revving engine, I found the interior dull and basic. My personal opinion though.
