After a lot of thinking and opinions regarding the Rider,RS and the Mondeo,we have finally booked the Skoda RS today.A black one at that.
Congratulations to your friend...Decision well taken!
I was under the impression that the price difference between the Rider and RS was under 2 lacs (atleast last I checked). When did it become so much more?

Even i though the same. But was surprised to know about the difference.I think is a hell lot.Just the rear spoiler is costing 21K.Can you beat that.

Congo on your decision. The RS in black looks damn hot mad monkeys car does) but i find the red hotter and the yellow hottest.. but the mondeo is a car which OD failed to find any fault with..

Ditto... Yellow is absolute DROOLMA... it just looks ready to eat you while looking so innocent... and yet dead gorgeous an sporty at the same time... 10/10 for the decision tho... love it in black too...

About the Mondeo, well, there's definitely problems with it... I didn't think that the rear ride quality was at all upto the mark for a car placed in that category... and thee steering actually felt a bit heavy... but then again, was driving it very slowly, so I guess I wouldn't know, really...

Then why bother voting, pal? You will skew the result without having a valid reason...remember the question is 'which car to buy?'.

Read this thread - this is the reason why I had to say this:

ford india website

Didn't want to start a new thread so just posted here.
I've been trying to look up the Ford India website - www.india.ford.com and it doesn't seem to connect. Is anybody else having a similar problem or does Ford India have another website?

Why not buddy ? There are many people who would buy a car based on what they see and what they have read and heard.
Not every one is fortunate to drive an E,5er or a A6 and even fewer can afford one, but still we had a poll for 40L-Exec Express and recieved 28 enthusiastic replies. (and more coming)
Do you think that poll was skewed or was it totally meaningless?

If EVO is (wrongly?)biased towards the Skoda, then so be it. He will probably end up buying an RS. This is how cars are marketed today.

Heck, we are country where we marry women without dating them, why cant we buy cars without driving them.
