If you apply a YoY depreciation of 15%, it should be around 7L. A lot of would depend on your negotiation skills ...

BTW, how much is the owner quoting?

From the little research I have done on the vRS.

+ves

1) Fabulous car
2) Excellent build
3) Audi's engine
4) Very good to drive

-ves
1) Service
2) Spare cost and may be lack of good technicians

I would go for 7.5 - 7.7

If the car is owned by a GENIUNE owner, then MAX 8.
There are some dealer owned vRS selling for 6.7 - 7

Well, I was applying a simple YoY depreciation, which really does not work in India unless the dealer is buying it back.

I would recommend that you get the car assessed by a used car agency or Skoda themselves. It would be really hard to find a used vRS in the market and a well maintained one would be even harder.

These days im sure you can get an RS for around 6.5L to 8L depending on the car. But the problem is that you will have to find an RS for sale first!!

Almost a fair price by Bangalore standards. Around 8-8.5, close the deal.

From the horses mouth!!!

+ 's

Safe, secure, great performance, good value second hand, I cannot fault Vinayak workmanship but you need to be on top of them so that you define the service/ diagnosis

- 's

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/techni...les-heels.html

covers this

Steering bit dead compared to a Honda

Not as exciting in terms of seats of the pants feel

Service costs are approx Rs 10000

Big parts cost big money - grey market worth considering also alternative workshops as Vinayak will only replace what they supply

I'm happy I bought mine

Note - if you drive in stop start traffic - it is not worth it - if you do long distances or commute on ring roads , worth a look. If you are serious and need to check it - let me kow
