for 15,000 annual you do not need a diesel.

Linea Petrol Dynamic lands in about 7L.
Manza Saffire Aura 1.4 petrol would lands in 6.5L
They are the best options for you.

Second hand Corolla is a good bet, as also is an accord 2004/5 for about 6-7L. both are very reliable.

For your needs Accent Executive LPG will nicely fit the bill. Its an outdated model, but its VFM sedan IMO.

Fiesta is the best buy.You can a diesel EXI model for nearly the same price.

Dzire is the only way when you want features.You need to wait if you want a nice one, waiting 4-5 months is just to be on safe side.Try to pull some strings you get hold of one immediately.
