Buying decision-Need Help !!!

Hi All,
I need your guidance in buying the following cars.My requirements in no order of importance;My budget is around 40-45K USD. I am moving to Muscat and they sell only petrol engines there,

Good Handling, Performance( 0-100km)
Good looks, reliabilty.
Gadgets on boards and resale

The cars that I have shortlisted are;

Jaguar XF 3.0 L V6 Petrol
Skoda Superb 3.6 V6
BMW 3 Series
Lexus IS 300
Infiniti G37/Base Model M

Iam biased towards JAG but most of the reviews i read online/on our forum are of 3.0 V6 Diesel. So not sure about the petrol engine of XF, though read its the same one that was used in previous gen X type.

Looking forward to a constructive discussions. Please give your explanation for your preference.
