I would like to add,
1) The "EDIT" information is mot available on the app. Ex: R edited my earlier post but such information is available only on web view.
2) I do not know how to edit a post, neither using app nor in Web View.
3) In timeline view, same threads (like two or three) appear twice especially after ads.
4) Unable to upload images using app. Upload Fail: User may not have access to this feature error.

The phone app issues I faced on IOS

1. Broken images
2. Loading time ( takes forever for images to load even while using 3G)
3. Cannot upload images on cellular network, only wifi
4. App crashing once a while
5. Long PM messages are not being shown, need lo login on desktop to check the entire mesage.
6. Few links in a post do not open at times.

Amar, use the email notification system in the site, it even let's you decide how often you want the emails to come (immediately, daily, weekly). Works like a charm for me

It would have been very pleasing, if we had got a notification for every time our posts have been quoted. But notifications just don't work in the new app. Looks like I shall follow your route now. I wish the old app was still available on the AppStore. And yes guys please add the THANKYOU button. If would be very easy while on the move.

Multi quote feature is available already in the Older App of Team BHP. No idea about the newer one as I haven't updated it.

For the Multi-Quote:

1) Click on the Grey bar that displays the handle name and post count. As below.




2) Click on 'Select' for the two or more pays that you want to quote:



3) Click the menu button (Left key for most of the smart phones)



You'll find "Multi-quote reply" as an option. Click on it and your good to go.

For viewing the "Thanks" for any post:



It appears automatically at the end of every post.

Like the one above. A thread created by you on you Yeti.

Thanks a lot a4anurag for the detailed explanation. Unfortunately the app for iphone seems to be completely different. I can't find multi quote and thanks options on the iphone app for T bhp. Can't see the thanked-by list of any post either.

Sorry I din't mention I was talking about iphone app. Was not thinking apps could be different for different platforms.

Well yes, the older version had all those options. The change happened when all the mobile apps (iOS and Android) got shifted into a new platform.

I am not sure if the current one has got multi-quote feature. I have not tried it out
