Hi Rehaan,

I'm facing a few bugs at my end.

The application crashes during the following 2 incidents:
1. Whenever I am trying to attach images to my post
2. When I thank a post (using the long press on a post)

Do you think I should re-install the App?

Hmm. Yeah, re-installing the app might be one way to try and fix it.

Perhaps before / along with that you can also try : Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > CLEAR DATA & CLEAR CACHE

Has anything been decided about introducing 2 separate themes for the phone app?
I've mentioned this earlier too but didnt receive any replies for this except some other member requesting it too. The issue is when using SuperAMOLED displays which save power when displaying black. But the entire app in white background eats up a lot of battery. My battery fell by 15% with just half an hour of using.

I wish something is decided about this soon. The request for 2 themes is because the present theme is good for phones with LCD screens. But the presence of a dark theme will save loads of battery in case of SuperAMOLED screens. I don't think there would be a need to change the iPhone app because its got an LCD screen iirc. Only the android app needs this.

No actually it does.

I did a bit more rooting around in the app - and they were there... though I would have liked to see them displayed in a one page view....as we see them on our PC.

This has been requested earlier, and we have made a note of it. Though further customizations to our mobile apps have been put on hold for the moment.

Unfortunately the app respects the vBulletin directory structure. It takes a little getting used to (to figure out what sections are in which directory) - but hopefully once that happens it will get easier for you to use.

Searching within a thread isn't possible on the app.

To multiquote, long-press each post you wish to quote and choose "Select" in the menu that pops up. When you're done selecting posts, press the MENU button and choose "Multi-quote reply".

Sometimes if the app is running in the background for sometime, this Image attachment problem crops up. To avoid that , Quitting the app and restarting it gets rid of the error. That works for me these days after I've moved to Paranoid ROM.

Thanks for the acknowledgement Rehaan sir. I probably had mentioned it in the wrong thread earlier hence had not received any replies till now.
I'm however trying to find a work around for this till a new app with the black theme comes out.

In the Android app there is an option to send signature with the post, but it doesn't seem to be working.

For example, this post should show a signature - sent from my Neo v using Team-BHP.

Sorry that menu option is being overridden, as we have turned off signatures from the apps.
