The Team-BHP App is intended to be fully functional WITHOUT any need to purchase anything. Please stand by while we test this, and ensure that push notifications work in the free version itself.

I dont know if I sound sane, but can we have a black background or a style chooser for the app just like the mother website?

Thanks so much for the detailed post. Just want to know if you have the paid version of forum runner app installed on your phone to enable push notification. Is it mandatory?

Infact, I just could not attach images from my WajkiUI defy (CM7 basically) gallery. the app would just crash. simple craziness. and I was instead planning a running-on-the-go-drivolog!

I found a brand new bug!

Developers Team,

I found a brand new bug in the Team BHP app! I'm sharing detailed information about the bug with screenshots and relevant information.
  1. Say, I search for Fiat Palio S10 Safety Pack using the search feature provided in the app.
    Name: 1.png
Views: 592
Size: 37.5 KB
  2. The search results page appears.
    Name: 2.png
Views: 759
Size: 61.3 KB
  3. I select the 'June 2003 Palio S10 EDIT: Now 65K KM Update' thread. But,the app takes me to the last post in the thread.

Size: 52.9 KB
  4. Basically, I want the app to take me to the post that exactly matches with my search terms or whatever we call. In this case, I want the app to take me to the #45 post in the 5th page in the app. (Link : #45th post in the main site)

Resizing and attaching the images works atleast for me. You may try your luck.

Rehaan, the app crash rate have significantly lowered after updating to 1.3.4 version.

I wonder if it's a "true" bug in the sense that what is happening is not unexpected behaviour.

Hey Rehaan! App crashes on my Xperia NeoV everytime I try to upload attachements. Error reporting was enabled on my cell so I hope you might have got an error report.

I am using v 1.3.4 on my HTC Desire for last month without any issues.
Thanks. It is really handy to keep close watch on the threads of your interest.

Re: Team-BHP App for your Android Phone & Tablet

Very glad that we are moving to the mobile platform but the app is still a long way to go. I wonder why we moved away from the tapatalk. We probably could have used that one as a base. Ain't it ?

Still few things that I feel need to be addressed first are:
1) Back button assignment. Pressing back simply moves the thing back to the forum menu.
2) Responsiveness. The app still kinda feels little laid back. Can some offline caching be done to increase the response rate ?
3) Black background. When we start using the app, we keep using it for long (real long) stretches. Using white means more battery consumption.
4) Little polished UI. The GUI still feels so nascent. Considering how well the tapatalk works, there is a lot more road to cover.
