Please add a "settings" menu, where one can choose things like time delay for push notifications, turn off the push notifications completely, etc

On any thread, a small tap selelects the post. Please make the selection on a bit longer press/tap.

How do I make the new app open in my subscribed threads by default?

I want to switch off the notifications. But apparently theres no settings tab in new app. Or am I missing something?

Settings menu is visible on the top right of the screen once you click on the tachometer icon on the top left. Please refer IronH4wk's post a few posts back for the screenshot. Notifications can also be controlled through this.

Searched using all strings but couldn't find it strangely.

i searched for 'Team-BHP' (without the quotes) and i got it instantly.

Strange. Can't find it in results in whatever way I search. This is annoying.

I am on HTC One with Android4.3 unrooted if that makes any difference at all.

ok, this is weird! i downloaded Tapatalk (again) just to check what you've reported and it is true - can't find Team-BHP (in any version of the keyword)! is it because of the new app, which is based on Tapatalk?

Now that there's a new app will it incorporate any earlier feature requests? Such as showing the location of the member of a post?

Aah, just what I was thinking about. I was so happy to read that location is now visible, that I was about to write a post (Yay I found a bug) with screen captures and all. So when I went back to the description on 'play' to grab a screenshot of the promise, I find it says 'location visible on profile'!

Its better than having nothing, I guess.

Some posts do show up more than once at least on Tapatalk.

And I'm being denied permission to attach pictures (screenshots in this case) from both; the app as well as in tapatalk.

As for bugs the last post on a page is repeated on the next page. Also if I visit a subscribed thread with new posts the thread will be marked as read, but if I refresh or change the settings and visit the thread listing again, the thread still appears as having new posts.
